Tyranids, Orks, and Slaanesh are very colorful, technically permitting you to use whatever the hell color you want. Orks and Slaanesh are very personality-focused, Slaanesh is literally the goddess of excess and debauchery and Orks are the semi-comic relief. Tyranids, sans personality, are cute animals so they have that as an asset. I've also seen women play Nurgle because they have a jolly personality and allow you to mix reds and greens, I personally play Drukhari because they're gothic and horror-movie coded.
