- A plaza. Or at least, what was once a plaza. Recently it had undergone a decline, now being filled with squalor. A group of gnomes tried to out-buy and kick out the lamia community there, causing tensions. The occasional drunken brawl spread out from a nearby tavern into the plaza square. And that just scraped the surface. Once a place that was respected for trade, it was now littered with problems that might be more trouble than it was worth.
- A tower could slowly float in the sky, acting as a type of lighthouse. It was less impressive than what it sounded, being almost static and needing some renovations with how outdated its Savant-made machinery was. Apparently it was best used as a fishing spot to catch birds and flying fish. You could fashion a small port to it, big enough to hold The Vixen's Luck. It also gave you a bird's eye view of Centria.
Eventually, you had to decide on what to get.
(Feel free to purchase as much as you wish, but try to stay under budget)
(You currently have 9910g)
For properties, you decided to...
>Purchase the first property which was close to the guilds and the marketplace (3000g)
>Purchase the second property which looked like a castle (2900g)
>Purchase the third property near the port (2700g)
>Purchase the fourth property in the Centrian capital (5000g)
>Purchase the fifth property in the kitsune neighborhood (2000g)
>Actually, you won't buy any of these. At least for now.
As for the vacant plots, you wished to get...
>The somewhat secluded plot of land with the idyllic scenery and orchard (1200g)
>The vacant plot by the mountain's edge with the waterfall, close to the city without being inside of it (800g)
>The plot of land that was once intended to be a park (400g)
>The semi-desert. While not ideal to build a house in, it had potential (580g)
>None of these, at least for the time being.
As for the other options...
>Purchase the defunct factory (4500g)
>Purchase the plaza (150g)
>Purchase the tower (200g)
>You'll skip on these for now, since none of them seemed worth it.
The question of insurance came up. There was a small selections, mostly of gnomish insurances for some reason, but it was nothing too amazing. You could always cancel these if necessary.
>Get insurance to at least cover fires and natural disasters (annual fee of 400g)
>Get a lesser version of insurance above (annual fee of 200g)
>Get an even smaller version of the first insurance. It was annoyingly vague, but Ruby seemed to think you could take advantage of the wording if you pushed for it (annual fee of 50g. Might lead to bureaucratic shenanigans)
>You'll skip on the insurance.
