not sure which texture/mesh replacer is gud for vanilla hair desu
if you want waifu'd npcs instead of picrel look into bjin, pandorable npcs - series, and kalilies for starters since they don't conflict
or inago777's npc facegen replacers since it doesn't use plugins and won't conflict with themselves but will with other replacers so be careful
and consider easy npc if you wish to mix and match a lot of npc repacers
