tbf even in comics it's inconsistent and he's often treated like a retard whenever Batman is on screen for batwank. plus a lot of his "super speed learning" stuff has it written that he just forgets it in like an hour anyway after cramming it, Flash works the same way a lot of the time. personally I like him being smart but not a super genius since he already has enough powers.
