Legends 3 wouldn't have hurt (but it's never happening anyways) and neither woulda something cool with actually good 2D graphics. With an actual artstyle. Doesn't even have to be a sequel to anything, just learn from what Sega and other people like Tecmo (picrel) do from time to time with their legacy series. Capcom has the money but not the talent nor the interest, that's the problem.
