Going to travel through Europe this summer for 3 weeks with a backpack. I am traveling by train and then stay at hostels. This is my first trip ever and I am going solo too. How can I prepare in terms of /fit/ness? Like what exercises should I focus on in the gym? Should I do more cardio?
