Lads imagine if we devolved every region in Britain and they all just got a budget based on some objective factors like their population and what sort of funds went to them over the last few decades. Then if an area votes for a party and that party wins in their area, it's not just another MP in parliament, but the area directly voting for their political leadership
Major national decisions would be made by a vote of all regions, but there would be no central leader like a prime minister
Surely something has to change it all seems very anti democratic
