She seems a bit loony, and nerdy. And a bit bratty as she's the youngest of the bunch.
She doesn't appear to be "super evil" or violent like Snake or Taikyouku or Thunder girl, as she seemed to not mind the fact that Shushu was spared.
That might all change when she gets to experiment on people though.
