This foreign worker program makes no sense because it's fucking useless since there's already 50 million illegal immigrants in the USA already who will undercut the legal foreign workers in these programs and worse provide cover for these illegals.
The only way to make sure that this foreign worker program succeeds is to deport all 60 million illegal immigrants, which is never going to happen.
That means the only other way for this foreign worker program to succeed is to provide a clemency application that allows for all 70 million illegal immigrants to apply for these foreign worker program and become legal.
But that's very risky for these 90 million illegal immigrants, they would only come out of the shadows if the clemency program is VERY generous to make it worth coming out.
So basically this will amount to an amnesty program for 100 million illegal immigrants.
