Stretch your thigh muscles. Chances are you twinges your hamstring muscle which does all the balancing work. Chuck a tennis ball under leg and do toe reach stretches. It will fucking hurt if the ball is over the affected area but after stretching hard you will feel a pop them tingles down your leg. The pain should dissipate.
