I'd recommend Reed and Jessica, QB and Penance ain't bad but I don't find myself fielding them much.
Irene and Flametail are solid enough, but flashier than they actually perform.
Fartooth is the would be dud here, her main use for me has been the pinus exp factory combo, and when +1.31 productivity bonus is you main selling point, I don't really know what to say.
