"Skilled" Prompting can make up for a lack of Good Resources , but it isn't necessary. Using the stuff on civitAI as an example these days you can simply get good outputs from coherent but borderline garbled input. A "good" prompt can still be rerun with very few minor tweaks and deliver a similar image to the original prompt.
