Hassaku seems to work very well, but is anime-influenced and I tend to go the opposite way, so I don't give it a shot too often. IlluQuant 4 was recently my go to not-Wai and was working quite well for me and seemed very stable at 26 steps, CFG 4-ish and Euler a, maybe even a little too much with 4 images being pretty samey. I'd probably keep using it if it were still available for on-site gen.
iLustMix and Illustrij more towards semi-realism and sometimes 2.5D, so I occasionally try them for specific things like using a Hyperdetailed Colored Pencil lora. I haven't really tried iLustMix sinve v4, and Illustrij works nicely as a comic and anime mix, but it can also mess things up depending on your lora mix. This is the same Daisy prompt but instead of Plant Milk Hemp II and Commix v2, it's Illustrij 16 and Hyperdetailed Colored Pencil Mj7.
