He phased through Kaioh's guard without using Musou Tensei (which through scaling should be nonexistence based intangibility beyond that of a ghost), which is similar to Souther seemingly becoming intangible with Nanto Ho-ohken. Also he can use Souther's moves thanks to Musou Tensei, so maybe? It's pretty unclear where the limit is drawn.
Pressure points in HnK are pretty much just points where your ki flows, if he can hit it period, he can make the body basically destroy itself. He could hit Kiba Daio's pressure points despite the guy making his skin harder than the steel used for swords, which Nanto Seiken can casually tear into fine pieces. There's also some precision feats, like hitting pressure points with thrown strands of hair.
