I only just realized Nella’s faction is basically Outerplane’s version of Nazarick, they modified it so heavily Nella being Albedo was the only correlation I could see until now. They basically made Nella the base Albedo before being modified by Ainz with the Archdemons being in place of the Supreme Beings. Hilde is basically genderbending Mare and combining with the leftover Albedo post mod but pointed at Nella instead while the twins are basically a more outgoing and naughty version of the twins having removed Mare’s traits.
