We don't even know if he's working on Re Red and in all honesty, there's no excuse for the state of the Tsukihime remake's state of release being as bad as it was.
Extra Record we KNOW he isn't working on, ironically, its a like 12 employee ex-Square Enix dev team that are, well, working slow because they're 12 people figuring out Unreal Engine.
Legitimately the only thing he COULD be doing is a project that has no indication of coming out because its been radio silent since 2022.
And even IF he's working on Extra Record for SOME ungodly reason, what the fuck is he doing? Has Nasu just completely lost his mind? No one is asking for extensive re-writes of Tsukihime's original routes, no one would ask for Extra to be heavily re-written. It would go against the entire point. I get it's a "Remake" but they're fucking VNs.
I don't seriously understand how studios, game developers and writers take SO fucking long to remake a video game that you probably have a structure for. Either out of laziness or extensive red tape, the latter I understand, but if KT can make SamRem (which I know /fgog/ hates to death for some fucking reason but I liked it) and seemingly have no trouble with the development of it, Type Moon really does seem like a problem.
