Despite public concerns, large-scale engineered fortifications are actively being constructed along the Dnipropetrovsk-Donetsk border. These include anti-tank ditches, dragon’s teeth, barbed wire, minefields, and crucially—underground defense lines adapted to FPV drone threats. The system is built in three defensive echelons.
