Intelligence is normally distributed (just like height, strength, etc.) and the average intelligence (peak of the curves) of a nigger is far lower than white or east asians. That doesn't mean there are no highly intelligent negroes. It means that, relative to whites and east asians, the proportion who are highly intelligent is much lower and the proportion who are retarded is much higher.
