Still park for me he won more trophies, I know you could argue he was a passenger for a great united team whereas Son was far more involved in Tottenham and was a key player but, the thing is Park still played significant minutes for united and in big games, he was better at his role than Son was in his besides, I think the argument that a less flashy player was "carried" by a great team is a little silly since you have to be a great player to play for a great team period. Would Son be able to play a key part of Real Madrid, City or Liverpool?
