Tell her about the Wyeth memo. In the late 70s vaccines from one batch made by Wyeth killed eleven children at the same time in a small area.
The company covered it up by sending a memo instructing employees to make sure to spread batches around so future deaths wouldn't be do noticeable.
They obviously didn't care about killing children
