There have actually been people who used to dabble in new age and occult kind of practices, and they strongly warned against trying to achieve a "kundalini awakening". It's demonic.

You have once again proven yourself a deceiver - I remember you from my previous thread. You're not a Christian at all. It's sad to think that you may be someone who isn't even trying to intentionally deceive - that you're just lost in falsehoods, motivated by pride and an unwillingness to obey God's Word.

Not ambiguous at all. There's no reason to make it complicated. Our Father in Heaven wishes to save our souls. Even while we're still on earth He wants us to have life more abundantly which is exactly what happens for those who believe in Him and keep His commandments.

Anyone who tries to claim otherwise is either an intentional deceiver trying to discourage people from following Jesus by making it seem like it's too complicated, or is he himself deceived by the devil and under his influence.
