So thoughts on Cartman's future after all these years?
I went from thinking it was funny to hating it. Initially I didn't give it much thought. I felt like people mad about were getting too worked up over it. It felt like run of the mill mean spirited humor to me, something I had been missing.
Then the Cartman hot dog saga happened and my opinion on it completely flipped. Cuz that entire saga felt like Trey Parker felt salty that some people felt bad for Cartman and decided to write an entire saga that felt like was screaming
>YOU SHOULDN'T FEEL BAD FOR CARTMAN! HE DID THIS TO HIMSELF AND WE'RE GONNA SHOW YOU HOW THIS IS ALL HIS FAULT!
In your fucking ear. Like dude, screw off. They could've left his future as a funny joke (like they did in that future me episode where he becomes a mechanic) but oh no, they had to prove a point to the audience or whatever faggot-brained mentality they have.
And worst of all is they chose Liane Cartman to be the "good guy" in those episodes. You know, the same Liane who was a crack whore for most of her kid's childhood, and deliberately turned back to his old self after that dog tamer guy fixed him. I can hardly feel bad for her when Cartman tried to force her to get breast surgery, considering in she herself tricked Cartman into getting his kidney removed without his permission in that one season 4 episode.
Anyways thanks for listening to my autism. tldr, I found the ending funny at first then started hating it later on when the show itself starter having hangups over it.
