Naruto and Sasuke don't have a dynamic that Tien and Yamcha, or Goku and Krillin, Goku and Tien have. Tien had a bloated ego but he needed to put effort into beating Yamcha and Goku despite them at a disadvantage. Sasuke doesn't bounce off Naruto, and Naruto doesn't really influence the others the same way Goku does.
