But even if it is true and NABU/SAPO had members being purposely ineffective (relative ineffectiveness is a matter of record - the reason for ineffectiveness may well be with other actors that are not NABU/SAPO that prevent their proper work as much or moreso as they themselves though) and only "investigating" stuff that might bring turmoil
But even if all that is true and there is grave corruption in NABU/SAPO - zelensky had better communicate this shit, you just can't act like that.
I'm saying 80/20 leaning towards Zelensky/clan being the guilty and/or unreasonable party here.
