Apologies if this isn't the best explanation, I'm bad at this kinda thing lol. So you wanna make a new empty mod in penumbra, then go to advanced editing tab. Go ahead and make sure you're wearing that hairstyle using glamourer, and then go to import from screen. Find the hairstyle and expand the options, then on the far right hit the button that adds it as an option to the current list. Next go to the materials tab, you should be able to find the ones you added here. I think all file names are the same so it should be the one I picked on this pic. If it says the material wasn't found on your character hit the "reload live preview" on the top. You can hover over the lil crosshairs and it should hilight what material you're changing the color of but for me it was 10A. Anyways scroll down a lil more to find the color options, just play with those until you have what you want.
