I have mixed up feelings about him, in the end everything he said is very reasonable and noble, but everything he did before his end was incredibly unreasonable, to the point where I was sick of his shit
It's kind of tragic, all that stuff with him and Kallen, but where most people would try to move on, Otto just does the dumbest, sickest shit for 500 years punishing everyone else for what he believes to be his own mistake and Kallen's optimism
At the same time, he's responsible for Bianka, Kiana, Theresa etc even existing and for overseeing Schicksal which kept the world from being destroyed so far
