Gamma World. The inhabitants of the world are mostly mutants (be they Altered, New Animals, or Green Men), with True Men a minority. They won't develop negative mutations (though radiation is purely harmful to them rather than potentially helpful like it is for mutants), they have better chargen dice all around while mutants tend to have various weak rolls, and automated systems and AI will generally be helpful to them.
