>let her use my tools to break it open and replace the outer shell
>takes her 2 days but gets everything moved over to the new shell
>verifies everything is working
>as she is leaving my place, she drops it on the curb outside getting into her car
>breaks the shell and one of the shoulder buttons

A friend had some extra parts so she was able to fix it but the shell doesn't click in place properly in certain parts of it. Still works tho.
