The point behind that is for a fan (or, ideally, two) of the chuuba in question to care enough to give a simple description and image. The burden is on (you) to care. You can't just drop them off here with no papers like an unwanted stepchild. Having suggested many in the past, I never suggested anyone unless I was planning to provide that and also post about them in the thread. There are several I am dying to add but am holding back from doing so until someone else suggests them, since I have the rentry list (feels too nepotistic, this should be a thread-wide affair).
