I can't see Pomni as a type who's had more than a few emotionless, satisfactionless drunk one night stands with charisma-void coworkers or schoolmates.
She does not seem the type who's been damaged by love/sexuality, at the very least not at her age. Her lack of ability to connect with people/the world in general has likely painted all interpersonal connections into a grey blob before the game.
Which can be hot if you see this pairing as a two virginal people kind of deal, like if Pomni finally had her emotional intimacy and passionate lust awoken by the flustered moe Jax. An equal affair.

But 30 year old, mommy issues, highly sensitive to other people and her own failures rich girl Ragatha, however...
Young flustered insecure buck Jax could be eager to tear the older woman down to his level, which of course would be probably easy to do. But this older woman probably has enough experience to demean him as well.
And yet, Ragatha's deep seated need for love and Jax's deep seated need for a woman eventually breaks through the hard walls they built between them. The battering ram breaking through the eroded gates.

Or they could be conjoining in purer intentions - the younger naive Jax confused by and wanting to see the insecurity of the older and the richer fixed - and doing what he can to build her back up. And the broken old mansion of Ragatha having unconditional love for that which tries - welcoming Jax, if he comes with flowers.
