Teambuilding is important and it's more about synergies between characters and how they support one another rather than the damage they can deal themselves. Euphorias are introduced where they either improve on their base kit with modern standards or purely exists to throw them in another archetype tied to the on-banner characters

The previous applies with split scaling becoming increasingly more common. some batch 2 characters fell off a cliff and Euphorias aren't Lushushit now.
