hell, they lowered their weekly work hours from 69 to 52 and the government tried to raise it back up to 68. now imagine being a gook male, who has to do his standard 40 hour work week + 12 hours overtime(so probably all the time overtime) and then you don't earn enough, unless you are some high rank samsungGod.
