Pretty much. Imagine all of the shit behind your PC monitor, how many different layers/matrices and small wires.. basically there's like 3-5 different ways they could be creating sigils behind a PC monitor (with matrices alone/different layers or whatever), and you're constantly staring the the device. I took a photo from a monitor with phone camera with certain shutter speed, and I could see this weird repeating pattern everywhere, and that's just with playing with shutter speed, imagine if you could capture stuff with a camera with different kind of filter/special camera, maybe you could see actual entity moving on the screen
