I've visited Rabbit Horse a week ago after reading all the positive reviews online, it was terrible.
The barista was so rude to me, I was talking to my friend at the counter, after ordering a cappuccino, about how cute the cafè and the waitresses were and out of nowhere she mutters to herself "urusai desune", I thought I had misheard so I confronted her about it, then she pouted and told me to kill myself.
I assumed maybe she was just in a bad mood so we decided to leave her alone and take a table, arrived at the table I noticed the chair was very old and about to fall apart, trying not thinking about it I've decided to order some bread since apparently they make bread in this cafè, the waitress serving us gave us a weird greeting "welcome come on!" and took our order (I asked for the special "surprise bread"), after waiting more than 10 minutes I found her half-asleep sunbathing near a window, I had to wake her up and wait a long time to get my order, also there was no surprise in the bread.
But there's more, there was a girl with purple hair who went around pointing a pistol at customers and a girl with a very annoying voice who put nutmeg inside coffee.
Although there were no horses there was a rabbit, I wanted to cuddle it but the barista refused to let me do it, she told me "the rabbit was not for sale" and that I had to buy one extra cup of coffee for each cuddle.
At that point I had enough of the horrible service so I paid (it was very overpriced) and got out of there, I wonder if all those 10 star reviews are written by bots.
If you want a nice and cheap cafè with cute girls I suggest you go to the Bright Bunny of Colmar, the barista there (Fuyu-chan) is kind and adorable, she's a bit shy at first but if you become a regular she will open up and smile to you, also I suggest you ask the cute and hardworking twin sisters (Eru and Natsume) for a special ginger flavored drink, you won't be disappointed.
