Okay yes I would assume things have different bands and modes of consciousness and that is what causes that relation to us. cats and dogs and mammals in general operate on the same mode of frequency but snake or a bug will definitely need a different band to operate on. The thing a bug needs to perceive or even cellular life would be different.

When you are with a friend your frequencies are very much in tuned so you can 'vibe' and relate on a much deeper level. This is why some people have 'magnetic' personalities because they know how to tune into people. Crowd dynamics, leaders, strangers, the mentally ill; ideas and people resonate or they don't. You can relate to a dog, a cat, a snake, a bee, a tree, or a rock on some level because you have some matching sub-harmonic. depending on how many of those are matching relates to, well, relation. That's why snakes seem alien to us and why rocks aren't life.. This also might explain the phenomena of 'ghosts' as recording into rocks like granite or quartz, something that can match our emitted subharmonics in some way..
