iirc, he was regular sith who hated jedi and kreia so much he wanted to wipe them out totally no matter the collateral but in reality his brutal methods were motivated by his force hunger puppeteering his desires and wouldve come up with more and more bullshit reasons to keep succing planets even if all the jedi died off until he truly turned into just a being animated by pure hunger.

To this day I do not understand the point of having kreia have an entirely understandable plan and then you still just kill her even if you're light side/good
