There's also the whole arranged marriage aspect, where there's no such thing as dating so promiscuous/flirtatious behavior is also non-existent.
Women don't dress, and so then also don't behave like whores because they're not constantly advertising themselves as open to casual sex or non-marital relationships. Divorce rates are also still very low (though increasing because of Western influence).
Honestly the only thing I admire about Indian culture is that they still seem to be the only major culture on this planet that still views marriage as actually sacred.
