It took me a while to learn that keeping my mouth shut and not saying shit just because it's true can avoid hurting her unnecessarily. She doesn't need to be sandblasted with pain. She needs kindness.
I've answered 99.99% of what she's asked me %100 honestly. Which is still lying but I am trying my best. I'm not exactly a fully stable human being and that last lie is the only one left and it's letting me hold onto what little of myself is left. I used to have all these ideas of who I was. Sensibilities, motions, ideas, opinions, ideals, and delusions galore. They've all been stripped away as this has gone on.
Now I am what I do and I try to do what is a good idea, usually getting distracted and failing. That's it. Aside from that, I care about love, being a good friend, (to the few I have) and writing (that I don't write)

We really are doing amazingly better, relationship wise though.
