Just focus on TEAMS you want to build first. Pick a team and build it. You say you want Lupa. Do you have and use Changli and Brant? Yes? Pull. No? Skip. You need to pick your battles as a F2P. Each new girl will be better and hotter and there won't be many male skip banners. Tunnel vision into a team you want. Augusta+Iuno, Lupa+Brant, Carty+CIA, Zani+Phoebe etc.
