Realistically, was Sam/crew's commute or relocation for the show the primary factor in not simply buying a cheap ass house in bumfuck nowhere? You could buy a big place for nothing here in WV and shriek and have TTS bellow about niggers all night long and nobody would be close enough to call the cops or seethe about property being devalued, I don't get it.
