chromie time will always be somewhat cucked, it's just scaling everything to you instead of grouping zones with level brackets like how each expansion was at their release. anyway it's always gonna kick you out ten levels before the current expansion's max level cap or if you don't want to buy tww then you can up to a level before dragonflight's max level of 70. with how fast retail levels you'll be forced to pause at 69 if you want to do all the quests, sucks but at least you have an option to not just one shot everything on your main. if that's too bad for you then either play classic or GTFO
