Peridot or Aquamarine
Main stat(STR/DEX/INT/MND) is the most important thing in 99.9% of gearing choices. Main stat comes from item level which also means highest item level gear is always the best thing you can equip unless it's either special Foray gear (for those Forays only) or the 1-2 times per expac you can get a .3% DPS increase from a lower ilvl piece
The earring choice here also doesn't matter at all
