I hop on zillow and it takes literally no time for me to find multiple, good starter homes. Most people really just don't want to put the work in.

I don't get this meme. There is still plenty of decent, smaller houses on the market. Not just in the country but also in the cities. I think most folks just have way higher expectations than they should.
