-Men subconsciously preselect women based on fertility cues (youth, gynoid fat, wide hips, ass/tits)
-Women subconsciously preselect based on dominance cues, which are not purely visually.
When I say 'dominance' I'm not talking about sexual BDSM dominance (although that is loosely related), I'm talking about animal kingdom type dominance- The state of being the most powerful and successful individual within a group. Women sexually preselect cues based on this type of dominance.
It is extremely rare for a woman to be sexually aroused through the visual of a man alone. Even if the man has 10/10 face structure, he probably won't be arousing at a glance. This is why most women rate guys as unattractive off of visual data alone. They aren't aroused by visual cues in the same way men are.
Also, cues aren't perfect, but it's what our subconscious sexual arousal system is wired to detect (limbic system). This is why BBLs and fake tits are arousing to men at a glace, even though they don't actually signal fertility and are completely artificial.
Even if a guy is aware that an ass is fake, they'll still be aroused at a glace because round ass is a fertility cue.
The limbic system doesn't care WHY a fertility cue is present, it just notices that the cue is in fact present. The same thing is true with dominance cues.
Evolutionarily, dominant primates were calm, intimidating, and were unphased in tense situations. They were never aggressive or skiddish (which results from feeling threatened), because they had nothing to fear and knew they were the strongest.
You can't fake dominance. Women evolved to sniff out fakes to protect themselves from pregnancy with a weak man who can't provision. It's both the cause and biproduct of success.
