Update:

I talked with the FAA lawyer today !!!
He has reviewed all of the stuff that I've sent him.
He has agreed to take my case !!!!
I sent him a large check !!

(My rationale is that I would've spent massive $$ on flying and/or airplane buying, so I have some $$ that I'm willing to devote to beating a Medical Certificate out of the FAA)
