Either real Incest or something that can be FIXED (erhm.. patched) into it. Doesn't need to be exclusively familial, just a big part of it.
I've been out of the loop for a while but a few years back I played some of the classics/more well-known ones such Summertime, Milfy City, Snow Daze, Incestual Awakening, Sisterly Lust, Another Chance, and Dandy Boy Adventures (the last two were still WIP as far as I remember though).
I have a slight preference for 2D or non-generic-doll-looking 3D. Though if you think it's great, mention it either way, I really liked Milfy City despite it having that look (an that it got abandoned).
I remember trying "Life in woodchester", which seemed promising, for a few minutes but I couldn't get the correct family relationships/roles set up, so I dropped it. Maybe it was a mid-dev bug.
Doesn't need to be young/teen male protag either, I also like F/d, just don't remember ever finding anything that wasn't crappy looking.
