If you're going to force people to work, force companies to get rid of all the bullshit humiliation rituals conjured up by the HR Industrial Complex and make companies actually hire people. If an opening pays less than $20 per hour or doesn't offer benefits, the employer:
>is limited to 2 interviews total, including the HR roastie screening call
>cannot use personality or psychology tests during the hiring process
>cannot request references (can still verify employment history and run background checks)
>if publicly traded or government jobs they must publish stats for all positions showing how long their hiring process takes on average from job posting to making an offer, what percentage of non-management/executive openings are filled within 90 days of posting and what percentage of jobseekers have offers rescinded (ghost postings get fucked)
You shouldn't be allowed to play these gay little hiring games for jobs that don't even pay a living wage and require your employee to be on gibs to survive
