you're going to need a fuckton of damage to make up for the loss of amp from cipher cone. you're losing 9% dpav over cipher cone by using tutorial WITH 1 EXTRA ACHERON ULT ALREADY FACTORED IN. the difference is fucking massive, i really doubt even a dps sw makes up for it
