I'm still playing around with it, but it seems to be a dice roll. Here I was testing it with a character that simply looks young, didn't fly, and then I tested it with Tamamo (MGQ), and it works fine. I used it in a chat where the character was an adult, but my character is implied to be young (the persona is vaguely described as a "Young man"), and it didn't work. However, it was effective in a chat with an explicitly young little girl character. Only to then fail for a SFW group chat that just involved a young girl character (she wasn't even the one replying).
