Rocks killed an Admrial himself and still had plenty of fight left in him. The Rocks Pirates at their peak could absolutely destroy the Elders and God's Knights. Rocks, Newgate, Linlin, and possibly a few other crew members like Shiki probably wielded advanced CoC. Possibly Kaido at the time too.
